Happy Birthday DUCK Studios!

Today marks the 35th anniversary of when the original Duck Soup Produckions became incorporated. Considering the ebbs and flows of this type of industry, this is a great feat to be proud of! Congratulations to Roger, Mariko, Mark, Kunimi, and all the others on this momentous occasion!

The 35th anniversary also coincided with the annual Holiday Party. Tonight, around 50 ducks gathered at a wine bar and restaurant not from the studios to celebrate each other’s company and the great year it has been for the studio. An exquisite assortment of French-style tapas were served. The food and wine were excellent! In fact, they were so good, that I bet they even earned the approval of Lane, DUCK’s resident foodie and animator extraordinaire. For the background entertainment, Mariko assembled a real of the favorite spots of the first 35 years.
